While we at Lux for Sprouts strive to maintain an accurate inventory, errors in product quantity and price do occur. Lux for Sprouts reserves the right to change prices, taxes, shipping, etc., and cancel special promotions without notice. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. At that time you will be given the option of canceling or modifying your order, or accepting delivery when the item becomes available (if applicable).

Lux for Sprouts strives to offer superior customer service throughout the ordering process and beyond. Your order is packed and shipped with care and efficiency.
All in stock orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, excluding holidays. Upon shipment, you will receive an email from Lux for Sprouts which contains the order/shipment number, and parcel tracking information.
Most orders are insured and shipped via Canada Post, however, Lux for Sprouts reserves the right to choose the most suited carrier to deliver orders. Shipping rates are quoted at time of checkout, however, Lux for Sprouts reserves the right to impose additional shipping charges where the shipping carrier charges an additional rate (for example: shipping to remote locations). In this instance, Lux for Sprouts will contact the customer regarding the additional charges prior to shipping. The customer may cancel their order at this time if they are not satisfied with the additional shipping cost.

Shipping within the United States
The recipient of any package shipped to the US is the importer of record, and that individual is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs tariffs and compliance with applicable US laws and regulations. By placing an order with Lux for Sprouts for shipment to the US, the customer authorizes Lux for Sprouts’ customs broker to act as his/her agent in clearing all packages, processing duties, taxes and fees, and working with US customs officials. - Returns & Exchanges
- Lux for Sprouts works hard to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. In the event that a product does not meet your satisfaction and you would like to return or exchange it, simply return the merchandise unused, in its’ original condition with original packaging within 14 days.
Refunds will be made for your original purchase price minus shipping costs, except as stated below: There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders, including all furniture, bedding, mattresses, custom orders, strollers and items on sale.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping (both ways) on all exchanged/returned items unless the product is determined to be defective.
Procedure to return an item:
No return will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA).
Step 1: Call 1-877-589-8889, or email: info@luxforsprouts.com, and we will provide you with a return authorization number (RA number).
Step 2: Select a carrier of your choice. Affix a label to the box with the return address and the RA number on it.
Step 3: Your credit card will be credited (please allow 2 to 3 business days to process the return).
The shipping cost for the return and exchange will be at the customer's expense unless we are responsible for a mistake.Damaged or lost items:
Every shipment is insured. Please inspect all packages for damage before signing the delivery confirmation.
You must report any damaged or broken items to Lux for Sprouts within 5 business days of the delivery date. Do not discard the packing materials that the item(s) arrived in. It is essential to keep the packing materials in order to expedite a damage claim.Customer Service

If you have created a user account, you may view the details of your order at anytime. Simply login to your account by clicking the My Account hyperlink (also located in the top right hand corner of your screen) and entering in your email address and password. If you chose to checkout as a Guest at your time of purchase, you will be unable to view your order information online. If at any time you wish to update your Lux for Sprouts online account information, you may do so by logging into your user account (My Account). Once logged in, you can update all pertinent account information such as username, email address, password, billing address, etc.
